The Behavourist and Humanist schools give very different descriptions of the "motivated personality". Use theorists John B.Watson and B.F Skinner from Behaviourist School and Carl Rogers and Abraham Maslow from Humanist schools. Descibe their similarities and differences with regards to the "motivated personality" and comment on which account you believe best explains each of the two terms, "motivated" and "personality".
