Description

What I need done:
We are a new website. I need someone to run a college student (preferably sorority or fraternity) targeted campaign for us. You will be required to use all possible blogs, bulletin boards, and free classifieds.

Other context/requirements that providers will need to know:
Requirements are to perform thorough testing and tracking of performance. The goal of this marketing mission is to get as many people as possible to sign up and leave a "video product review"

Specific expertise that I am seeking:
I want someone very experienced in generating online buzz. Please provide your background information , what clients you have served and years of experience. If you have references that would be great. I need someone who is able deliver reviews, not empty promises.

Timeframe for delivery:
This is an ongoing hourly engagement. There is a bonus available for those willing to be paid by number of "reviews" added.
