Description
Simple project. I need a website designed with the look and feel of this one:http://www.primehealthplans.com/
There will be one front page plus 2 "interior" page templates. Graphics will be different and a unique logo will be required--up to 6 sets of graphics will be needed (very simple--change of site name graphics). Otherwise, the new site will be very similar to the one linked above. CSS can be used. But main thing is that the site must be SEO friendly.
My requirements for a designer include:
--must speak fluent english and must be available for telephone consultation if needed--NO international calls from continental U.S.
--site must be 100% functional for IE6, IE7, and Firefox. I couldn't care less about netscape sites.
--please provide a link to your portfolio of SIMILAR site designs
