Description

Looking for full-time or semi-full time and long-term worker(s) but would prefer to have partner(s) to share in the wealth.
Startup pay would be low (my pay is zero) but you will share in profits as the start to come in. This will be an EXTREMELY profitable joyride. Not all the skill I listed on the GAF job type are needed but it would be helpful. The most important are below. Please provide references if interested. Initial Escrow will be $35 USD and paid weekly $30. This amount may change quickly as profits should initially trickle in. Some profits will be large as several thousands dollars but those will take about 30 - 60 days (I'm a Real Estate Investor and Licensed Realtor) I'll explain more if needed. My goal is to not work either of us to the death but to work smarter in the near future.

My reputation is worth much more than money so I will keep my word. Initial Project will consist of the following. Please note
that I will also take part in a huge portion of this also.

- Flowchart design of my various websites and how they will create a type of intranet within themselves. (I currently use Mindmanager)
- Keyword / SEO based on Flowchart and keyword testing
- Web design setup (most are template website)
- Content / Copy writing
- Site Submission


Have knowledge or willing to learn quickly the following:

>Understanding of General Internet Marketing: Mini-sites, afflicate marketing

> Copy or Content Writing and/or Data Entry

> Web Site Development (not complex mainly just template websites)

> Desired but not required: understanding of real estate

> SEO

>Skype or similar

> Able to communicate in American English (must have)

> Have read(or similar) or willing to read one or two books on copywriting/internet marketing, e.g. Hypnotic Writing, Anything by Dan Kennedy, Joe Vitale, Maria Velosa etc.
