Description

looking for someone to produce banners ( animated gif and sometimes flash) in multiple sizes and languages based on designs we will provide. I will provide layered photoshop .psd files, language translations and a description of what needs to be done. this is not a creative job, it is simply production. Budget will depend on each seperate project. looking to find someone reliable to work with over time and multiple orders.If you dont know flash but can do animated gifs you can bid anyways
