Description

This is a personal website but I'm willing to pay a small fee to in order to complete my website.
I will like a self updating links page which will be hosted on my web host. http://ulmb.com
They should support most web applications and services but the freelancer should verify that.

Details on the links page.
- Displays a list of links of sites that I have chosen. (Basically my links page)
- Shows actual screenshots of the website at the other end of the URL on my list.
- Does an automated polling of the sites on the list every 12 hours or 6 hours whichever is more feasible.
- Updated websites gets pushed to the top of the list with new screenshot of the updated page.
- Shows about 15 sites on each page, number of pages can increase depending on number of links.
- I am able to add new URLs to the list easily, e.g. reads URLs from a list in txt or csv
- I can operate polling softwares of my end mannually if that is more economical/feasible. Don't have to be completely on the server end.
- Can filter out false changes on website. i.e. advertisements.
