Description

Ad poster for cl.

Needs to do phone authentication(bypass it or somehow post ads without it) and image c a p t c h a OCR.

I would like it done either in PHP, so i can use a browser to control it... in which case, any OCR or other libraries you use, must run 100% server side.

If you do it in VB, it can't be .net.... must be VB 6. And all DLL's/etc must be freeware (legal).

PM for any other details. I know how long this project should take, I've done this in VB before with an older image and no phone auth.
