Description

We are looking for an expert in ecommerce and CRM to implement and integrate the following complete ecommerce solution based on the following standard documented technologies :
- joomla
- Virtuemart
- Infoahand.com CRM (a flavor of Sugar CRM) that has many addons
- Quickbooks
- Phplivesupport
- Idevaffiliate

VIRTUEMART SHOP CONFIGURATION
Configue layouts, Add some features to standard VM : shipping calculator, multiple photos, wishlist, dropshipping (features usually already available with third parties), special pricing, bundles, ebay integration, payment, etc.

CRM CONFIGURATION
CRM full configuration with various setups, user rights, etc.

CRM CUSTOMER PORTAL
Configure customer portal (built in infoathand) for users to have access to custom information

LIVE CHAT/VOIP INTEGRATION
Right now we are using phplivesupport.com. add chat sessions to customer info (already built in)

AFFILIATION PROGRAM
Configuration of idevaffiliate to handle integration with CB (so that all registered users can become affiliates easily)

QUICKBOOKS INTEGRATION
Integration between CRM and accounting software such as quickbooks for follow up of accounting

We will only consider people that already have strong and proven experience in ecommerce and CRM configuration and that can bring analytic expertise to understand the request and finalize a working and robust solution.

We supply graphics, layouts, workflows and server admin.
