Description

Hi, I have a new project I'm working on that I need a team of coders or a talended web coder to complete a new version of a site i'm working on. I am the main designer in this project so all images, templates, etc related to design will be provided. CSS/XHTML is already completed.


This site will be based off of PHP/MYSQL/AJAX, and integration with the vbulletin forums. When you private message me I don't want to see your portfolio, rather I want to hear How you will go about completing this project, your time line, where you are located, and what methods of communication between you an I will exist. If you are accepted then expect bi daily or daily communication as I need to know that the project is moving along nicely, and I dislike lazy coders which I tend to run into a lot. So I'd need you to have at least some sort of Phone, as well as an instant messenger of some sort.

The site's basic idea: A place where fans of Animation can go to, to watch anime streamed from site's like Veoh, megavideo, myspacetv, and yahoo video. The videos will be streamed elsewhere (Viewed on the site via embed codes), and the user's will post the link to the streamed video on the episode page where a user level based verification will take place and if the video is real if will be posted. For each show there will be 5 parts: Anime Episodes (the actual streamed videos), reviews of the show, images of the show, user's that are tracking the show's releases, and
a vbulletin forum created automatically when a new show is added for the users to discuss the show in. Each will be explained in detail after I find the right coders.

Quick Note: This is not a site where the user uploads anything on our server. All the streaming will be done via embed codes, and links.

So in short the main idea is a place users submit their anime episodes for others to watch streamed. Note I expect this site to have around 1 million page views a day, so code accordingly (framework, caching, static files, etc). The goal is the most efficient, smallest, and fastest code you can produce.

Some more minor ones will come up in the project, but nothing major other then these.

We will help you guy's out with the SEO end of things, but we will need you to code the SEO options like Titles, Keywords, Descriptions in the header on the fly depending on the anime show or anime title (should be easy imo).
