Dear Freelancers,

We are looking for someone to clone the look and feel of the following site – www.hireminds.com

This site is made with Flash and actionscript and integrates a 3rd party API from a company called Bullhorn which publishes jobs to the site in XML format (along with a lot more things) – the code base that the API is from is built using ASP.NET so it would be necessary to build the correct web services so that your FLASH team can use it to populate the site.

In our minds there are 3 aspects to this site
1. A Template – based on an exact copy of the site noted above (with the chess pieces as the icons as per the site) - note our colour scheme and logo are different than this site)
2. Animation of this template as in the site noted above with the ability for the sections to “stretch” to include all current jobs and or job descriptions as needed
3. Integration of the Bullhorn API into the site in XML format so that the jobs are published and all other features of the hireminds site are duplicated.

My WORST case scenario is that I get a FABULOUS template designer and Flash animation team to put together the front end and I have a system integrator with experience in the API “hand off” the data already ready for you to populate the site so that limited programming is involved with an unfamiliar API.

Therefore I am looking for two quotes:

One for the entire project and another for just the template, the animation of the template with the integration of the API done by a third party.

Regardless – I need to see EXCELLENT examples of FLASH animation work you have done to give me the confidence you can pull this clone project off.....it is not trivial, but not difficult either.
