Description

A local telecom company still has clients using dial-up. They currently license a program but would like to develop similar app and use instead of licensed software.

They will use new program only for dial-up clients.

Program must be compatible with W98/98SE/ME/2000/XP/Vista. Mac compatibility is not necessary but would be good.

I can FTP program currently used.
