Description

We have a Windows based application developped with a SQL-type RAD tool and it uses Pervasive-SQL 8.6. Currently when we deliver the application to clients, the application and pervasive are installed manually. We need someone to write an installation program for our application so that it will install automatically using a wizard interface. It is a simple windows application and does not require anything fancy. Basically we create the application folder, put the app files in the folder, install pervasive, create the icon and it works. We will provide you with the app and pervasive files to test your program, and we will ask that your program simply work with an external zip file and a text file which contains simple one line statements indicating the folder, icon file, etc., then your program takes these and installs the app.

We are new to GAF so please be patient with us as we learn how this works. Thank you

[Response to question] The setup program will need to also install pervasive. We will supply pervasive install program and files as well as documentation explaining what and how pervasive installs. You will need to install pervasive first then our app with your program.
