Description

We need a flash developper with good skills in using Flash Components v2, and actionscript 2 to achieve a back office.

The developper has to make some improvements in the datagrids we use,
such has formatting dates, displaying checkboxes instead of boolean values, and displaying a logo instead of a string.

Apparently, this can be done via the setIconFunction or cellRenderer functions (or any thing else, by the moment we get what is described later).

Most of the developement is already done:
We use flash components (datagrids) to display xml data (xml generated by php & mysql).
The datagrids are ok, but some of the columns have to display a checkbox instead boolean values, or other columns to display a logo instead of a string..

There are 4 or 5 datagrids (separated in different FLA files) to improve.
