1. Photoshop expert(s) needed to create video training on Photoshop. You need to be an expert of CS3 at least. If you have experimented with the new functionalities in CS4, it's a plus.

This is a task to create VIDEO tutorials (screen recording software will be provided), which should take you less time than if you were to create HTML-based tutorials (capture screenshots and write out all the steps). And it should be a simple job for any expert who knows what he/she is doing.

Training will have a focus on Photoshop for Photography (photo retouching, photo effects, photo manipulation, etc.), as opposed to create buttons, textures, illustraion, etc.)

I'm looking to establish a long-term working relationship (lots of video tutorials to be produced) with one or more Photoshop experts.

Task Requirements

1. To qualify as an "expert", you should at least:
A. Be versed with all photoshop functionalities/menu items such as:
- Image > Apply Image / Calculations
- Blending modes
- All different types of adjustment layers

B. Be able to demonstrate/explain things in the same way as in the following examples:

2. There are 2 types of video training/tutorials you need to create
A. Demonstration of various Photoshop functionalities, e.g. use sample images to illustrate how "apply image/calculations/blending modes" work.

B. Step by step demonstration on how to achieve a special effect using sample images

3. Depending on the topic, videos will be 10 - 30 minutes long.
- Longer videos will be paid at a higher rate
- Higher quality videos (better skills and demonstration) will be paid at a higher rate

4. I'll provide the outline/topics of training. Your job to find sample images (I'll provide sources) that are suitable for the training and record your own demonstration along with your explanations.

5. You should speak English as a native language or at least you should be able to speak/explain well what you're doing on videos in proper English.

6. Needless to say, the tutorials must be original and authentic.

Bidding Requirements

Bidders please indicate:
1. Photoshop experience and proficiency (if you have existing work, please show me)
- Whether you're versed with all CS3 functionalities
- Whether you also know the new CS4 new functionalities

2. Photoshop teaching experience (if any)

3. Your location and native language

4. Experience with screen recording (e.g. whehter you've used Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, etc. before)

5. Please bid price PER 10 VIDEOS (use 15 minutes per video as a benchmark)

6. Whether you're able to work with me long-term
