Description

I've a video delivering portal to be completed before December 2008. Overall system processes include download, encode, upload and distribution. However some of the work is done.

General scope of work.

- Making changes to some elements of the system
- Adding extra functions and fine tune existing ones
- Setup cron job
- video encoding
- System modification

I will not pay up front but am willing to place 30% of total payment in escrow.

I am looking for a good and creative php programmer with experience on java, podcasts, video conversion(ffmpeg and similar or better software) and process scheduling.

Delivering task on time is a must.

Good communication is a plus

Willing to have this project managed with dotProject is major plus

NOTICE: Although the portal interface resembles Joomla, but it is not. The whole system is built ground up.
