Hello, we are looking for solution to manage several shops from the same backend.

Solution must include following features:
-could be based in Magento or other actual ecommerce solution. I don't like OSC too much but if you demonstrate you are able to provide a good solution based, lets take a look
-multilingual: English and Spanish
-allow sell physical, downloadable and, optional but very important, subscription products
-products with multiple options and complex calculation
-different prices per product quantities
-module to allow customers upload and manager big archives after place order
-Paypal and other payment methods

We will provide design for first shop in PSD and you'll implement it.

Bidders failing give following information will be ignored:
-include in your bid word: TYGERA
-tell us what is your prefered solution: Magento, Xcart, ...
-give links to similar shops
-all changes must be documented in code and create a few pages with instructions, but you should be able to provide support per $150 per quarter
-tell us what is warranty period you'll offer us
-must be able to finish the job in less than 3 weeks
-include your bid, our maximum budget its $500

Payment method its thru GAF and will be completed when the job its finished, uploaded to our server, tested and running for one week with no problems. Paypal its ok too. No escrow, no payment in advance in any way. If you don't agree don't bid.

Your time is important, but your customer time is more important. Bidding you accept stated conditions, if later you don't accept or try to change these conditions your bid will be reported as fake to GAF.
