Description

I am looking for someone to create a login system for my website that will allow users to register and log in and view their commissions. once they log in, they will also have access to 4 other web pages within my site, that I only want visible to those logged in.
Once they log in they should be able to view their commissions. I have all their commissions available within 4 excel spreadsheets. When they are online, I want it to first show a summary of their earnings by year. When they click on the year, they will see the details of their earnings, that will add up to the total on the previous page. We have several different levels of earning commissions in our company, from bottom to top:
distributors, bdm's (business development mgr), vp's, ME)
each level should see all levels below them if they are assigned to that person (we track that in our excel files for you, a distributor will have a sponsor (their bdm), and they will have a vp listed as well) of course i want to be able to see everyone's details.
when one logs in, i want the option to just see all details of commissions, or to be able to view the details by person under them.. so i may want to look up how a particular bdm has done, by seeing how much commission i have earned by their production, or i may want to see how a particular distributor has done that is under one of my bdm's. basically a drill down view to the details,, or just go straight to the details.
commissions are earned 2 ways,, by a one of the 4 levels signing up an actual client to our biweekly mortgage program. OR by either a bdm, vp or myself selling our software to a new distributor (software sales commissions), which allows them to sign up new clients. So i want it to show by type of commission as well.. this is also in our xl files..

our 4 excel files are as follows:

payto.xls - shows total summary of commissions paid, pending and previous year,to each person, sorts by distributor #. (each level has a distributor #, as no matter what level they are, they can act as a distributor and we assign each a unique #)

commis.xls, shows detail of each distributors commissions, the details here by distributor will equal the total in the payto.xls file per distributor, also designates if it's a client commission or software commission (if custno = 0, it's a software sale). if it's a client, you'll have to use the below apps.xls file to get the client details, by using the 'custno' field. if client commission, must look in apps.xls to get client details.. if it's a software sale, we put all the info right in this file that will need to show.

apps.xls, has all of the customer details in it, each is linked by 'custno' field.

distrib.xls, gives all the distributor details in it,, also shows who their sponsor and vp is.

each time a distributor signs up a client, the bdm gets a % and the vp gets a %. however a vp or bdm can sign up a client directly, and he earns full commissions.. again these commissions paid out are in our commis.xls file sorted by distributor id.

i want to be able to upload via ftp, new xl files nightly and have it instantly update the figures on the website..

fields i want to view upon seeing commission details:
rep (person that signed up client) - "repname" in apps.xls, (use custno to link)
customer ID - "clientid" in apps.xls (use custno to link)
customer name - "name1" in apps.xls (use custno to link)
first debit date - "firstdebit" in commis.xls
biweekly amount - "biweeklyamt" in commis.xls
commission due - "commdue" in commis.xls

if it's a software sale:
rep (person that sold software) - "name/lname" in distrib.xls (link by taking name in "loannum" in commis.xls and finding that in "lname, fi" field in distrib.xls, look at their "sponsor"

new distributor - "loannum" in commis.xls

commsision due - "commdue" in commis.xls
