Description

I need software similar to this:

It needs to take a .wav file of a recording of a conversation between two modems and decode it to ASCII.

It needs to take of these standards:
V.34bis 1995 from 2400 bps to 33,600 bps in step of 2400 bps QAM
V.34 1994 from 2400 bps to 28,800 bps in step of 2400 bps QAM
V.32bis 1988 14,400 bps QAM

I think they are all the same QAM

Hello I think a group of bits is sent by phase shifting(generally 90 degrees),according to standard. So it is easy to detect this condition in WAV(and find frequency used) file,and restore bit sequences. I can do this in C++ language Regards
