Looking for someone to conduct comprehensive research on a company to be provided for the purpose of consideration of a Takeover.

The company is US listed. You will need to research documents to provide accurate shareholder listings, debt, debt configurations, debt maturity, anti take provisions in company constitution, shareholder equity, Finance modelling, takeover strategies, valuations, finance options for both equity and re-financing company debt.

This maybe a project requiring skills not found on GAF, but please submit your experience. Payment amounts depends on experience and capabilities. Document expected to comprise between 10-20 pages.
