We are looking for an MSN Bot, which can be able to talk to our customers. Must be pre-programmed and smart enough to have a conversation.

- It must be able to say certain words/phrases to our clients.
- Is it possible to make it block or delete people?

Already created a lot of MSN bots using Visual Studio + Windows Live Agents SDK. I created bots that can interact with a WebService, XML/RSS feed, webpages, SQL Datasource, ... For your questions, the bot is able to ignore some users and it can delete a contact from his buddylist I can start ASAP, it can take less than 1 day or more, depending on your needs.
