Project: 1k YouTube Accounts based on 1k gmail Accounts

My Budget : $30 at max for 1000 gmail/youtube accounts (maybe you can do it cheaper?)

Rules/Conditions
PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTION VERY CAREFULLY. ONLY AFTER 100% READING AND UNDERSTANDING PLEASE CREATE AN GMAIL SAMPLE ACCOUNT AND AN YOUTUBE SAMPLE ACCOUNT AND POST IT INTO THE PRIVATE MESSAGE BOARD. also i need all data you used for creating the sample accounts, such as first name, last name (for the gmail account) and so on. I DELETE BIDS WITHOUT A SAMPLE.

1. Different IP per Account
2. Youtube Accounts created from gmail-accounts:
- First you (or an automatic software) change your IP by reconnecting to the internet. You need an internet provider which gives you a new IP after each reconnect.
- Then you (or an automatic software) create a gmail address.
- Then at youtube.com you (or an automatic software) click "signup with google account" and use the created gmail emailaddress and the gmail password as login for the next page were you (or an automatic software) have to enter a few more things to create the youtube account.
3. Only Female Youtube Usernames
4. DIFFERENT Passwords for all gmail Accounts.
5. VERY IMPORTANT: Only create accounts based on the following sample signup details:

sample gmail account:

- first name: different names like Lisa, Maggy
- last name: different names like Smith, Webb
- login name: something like lisasmi22 or asweetangel(two numbers at max BETWEEN 18 AND 25 and some accounts without numbers)
- password: different passwords like: lulales399 or Djer43w223
- location: different locations and only locations that do not require a zip-code input.

sample youtube account:

- username: female usernames like: sweetdebby21 or anangelhere (two numbers at max and some accounts without numbers)
- date of birth: different dates of birth but 18 years old at least.
- gender: female
- location: different locations and only locations that do not require a zip-code input.

Again, my Budget is $30 at max for 1000 gmail/youtube accounts (maybe you can do it cheaper?)
