Description

I need someone to extract characters from an existing picture.

Some of the characters will have overlaps.
You will need to extract the character and fill in the gaps where the overlaps are.

See the attached for the original graphic and some samples of where characters have been pulled out already.

I ONLY need to have 3 or 4 characters pulled out.

This is a VERY VERY simple job.

The budget is less than the minimum.

For a competent graphics editor, this job will take literally minutes!
