Hello.

I need someone to help me with my sites. I only deal with person itself not companies, not even small ones.
I would like someone with a very very creative mind for graphic design and web-esign tasks.

You should be one of those guys always online via msn like me.
You should work very good and very fast.
You should be easy to deal with and fast to understand requests: for example, i may just tell you that i am cloning some 5 or 10 pages site and i need the graphics changed. You are expected to go to the cloned site, understand whay those pictures/graphics are there and then substitute those for new ones.
If you are going to ask me what do you want me to put in the pic or graphic, or if anytime you need a picture you ask mw hwere to get it, don´t bid.
I need a guy to solve my web-design and graphic problems, not to create new ones.

I have a project management software where i post all the tasks. You are automatically alerted via email when i post a task.
You are supose to go there same day or next day and inform me the expected duration of the task so that i can approve you doing it.
In the project management site you can specify 5 minute, 10 etc... for task duration.
Payment will be done via paypal or e-gold after 5, or 50 USD, whatever comes first.

Before you bid, or during, please specify what kind of tasks and programs you use, and your type of instant messenger.

You must speak perfect english.
In case you speak other languages such as german or portuguese, that is a plus too.

You should be a nice guy, and reasonable...sometimes i may just need a small advise that takes you no longer than 1mn..you are not expected to charge for that.

Please bid for the first 5 hours of work.
Since this is a bulk job where you will have a lot of work after the first 5 hours, you are expected to charge a good hourly rate.

In case you have your own sites, we can even do stuff togheter like exchange links etc.
