Description

We require 100 permanent one way links from PR2+ PAGES on sites related to a fashion specific niche (details provided to chosen provider)

THE SERVICE PROVIDER MUST:

1. Be ethical in their approach to link acquisition (no spam or black-hat techniques)
2. Demonstrate a history of linkbuilding with at least 50 positive link building related reviews
3. Be willing to use a proxy while submitting links (details to be provided)
4. MANUALLY submit links - no automation or submission tools like Zeus, Arelis or others
5. Provide weekly excel spreadsheets detailing the URL and PR of the pages upon which the acquired links appear

THE LINKS MUST:

1. Originate from PAGES with PR2+
2. Originate from SITES relevant to our niche
3. Originate from SITES authored wholly in English
4. Be PERMANENT 1 way links
5. Be on UNIQUE, geographically diverse IP addresses
6. Be on STATIC html pages
7. Appear on PAGES with at least 2 inbound links from different IPs
8. Appear on PAGES cached by Google within the last 45 days
9. Be indexable by Google, Yahoo, MSN, and other SEs
10. Link DIRECTLY to the URLs we specify
11. Originate from PAGES with no more than 25 outbound links
12. Originate from SITES in the top 500000 in Alexa

THE LINKS MUST NOT:

1. Be PAID links
2. Involve redirects, javascript, jump scripts, loaders, cloaking or frames
3. Appear on scraper sites, mirror sites, link farms or free for all link exchanges
4. Be submitted to blog comments, directories, forums, newsgroups, ping sites, classified ads, article submission sites, or guest books
5. Appear on sites that participate in commercial web rings or link exchange programs
6. Be hidden links, or embedded in Flash or other non-indexable media
7. Be excluded from Search Engine indexes by conditions specific to the linking site
8. Appear on a site that is excluded, blacklisted, banned, or penalized by Search Engines
9. Use the rel="nofollow" or other tags that prevent bots from following the link
10. Be submitted to SITES where our link already appears

THE ANCHOR TEXT:

There will be 10 different anchor text/url combinations to be distributed across 100 links (specifics provided to chosen provider).

TIMELINE:

The link building campaign must be COMPLETED WITHIN 21 DAYS of commencement

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO:

Reject sites that do not meet the above criteria, and will require you to add replacement links that do.

PAYMENT:

- 50% will be paid once the links have been confirmed as compliant with the above conditions
- 50% will be paid once the links appear in Google's cache of the linking pages.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

- All correspondence regarding this project is "commercial in confidence"
