Description

Our website will have a large amount of traffic for a special program.

Customers will be downloading .zip folders that contain WMV and PDF files.

We need someone to research common problems people have while completing this process.

Problems will include not knowing what to do with a .zip folder to incomplete downloads to not knowing where the downloaded file was saved on their computer to many other problems such as how to put the .WMV on a DVD to not having the right plug in for their computer - plus probably at least 4-6 other problems

Problems should also be specific to PC's and to Macs as well as limitations of various internet browsers and Windows Media Player versions.

This job will include simple internet research to find the common problems and write the FAQ questions and answers.
