Description

Hi I want to develop a website to spread CV to companies. the website contains the following features (this is just some of what i want, the others are based on this):
The site will allow the users to register and save there CV, and cover letter along with other information to the database. then they will select by country, state and/or category. the number of companies will change accordingly. then they should chose payment method (paypal, 2checkout, moneybockers, or western union. after receiving money the emails will be sent.

both admin and users should see how many emails sent, or any pending payments, etc.

the website should be very clean, and nice, with rich of user interactive technologies such as Ajax.

the database should be scalable so that we can expand it in future.

only professionals should bid. please send also websites you've done.
