I am looking for someone who can build a professional website with the following features:1.) Multi-lingual
2.) Shopping Cart
3.) Upsell/Cross sell items (customer who purchase this also bought this)
4.) Featured Items / Best Sellers section
5.) Membership Accounts and Discounts (regular visitors see retail prices, silver members see discount prices, gold members see a better discount rate, and platinum members see the best rates)
6.) Search engine
7.) Each product have keywords and meta-tags (to improve and boost search engine listing).
8.) Affiliate Programs
9.) Text Message & Email notifications (To store owner and Customer. Store owner will receive a text message to his cellphone informing him of a new order with details and also receive a email with the order. and the customer will receive a email with a thank you note and invoice. Both parties will also be notified when the order is processed.)
10.) Customer Tracking (which page the customer visited the site on, which site the customer came from, which page the customer left on, etc.)
11.) Auto Responders & Newsletter Subscriptions. (also email marketing auto responder program.)
12.) Multi Currency (convert from us to euros to pesos etc.)
13.) Store Management and Customer management. (source codes of website, so that i can edit and update website.)
14.) Quantity Selection (with minimum order quantites. customer can choose the quantity of each item they want. and the greater the quantity they select, they will see the change in pricing.)

P.S. is it possible to create a program that can put everything on autopilot? ( like when the order is placed, the program will automatically place the order with my supplier and also give accurate information on where to ship items?).
