Description

I need to add a few things to my holiday rental website. www.theholidayferret.com

I need an availability calendar for the owners of the listings.
I quite like the holidaylettings version, but am open to suggestions.

I need a payment system(Paypal) added to take a fee for the listings. I need an admin section where I can change the price also also offer different packages.(de=ifferent prices and different timescales). I also need to be able to report on this. probably monthly.

I need a search facility which is more advanced than the current one.
I want it to look like this:-

I'll need Leisure Activity, Location, Pool and Pets added to the database and also the owners area.

I would like the owner to be able to add more images, so maybe a new page for this. Maybe you can suggest something.

I can create the html, so I just need the php search facility created, so that I can put the code into another page.
Also to put the url into map co-ordinates.

I also have a couple of small tweaks that need fixing.
Owner_edit.php
• Owner Country doesn’t save changes. Stays on England.
Login
• Password seems to be “holidayferret” for everyone.

I wish the owner area to look like this:-

instead of:-
http://www.theholidayferret.com/HolidayRentals/ownerarea.php

Must be able to communicate via messenger.
Please let me know, how you would do the above requests.
