nstall and configure the opensource version of SugarCRM
* Create a self-service portal so clients can open service requests and view projects, The portal must be available from our website and have the "look and feel" of our site.
* The self-service portal landing page must provide the ability to include links to external applications
* SugarCRM must be intergrated with Active Directory
