Description

I am interested in having software that can generate box office reports, invoices, cinema statements and distributor from an excel database. The % we charge can vary for each film and for each cinema and the % changes each week. We would need to be able to enter the % terms we charge by film, cinema and week into a database which would then be used to generate the invoices and statements for several different cinemas. Attached you will find samples of our various reports and invoices. We invoice in different islands using 4 different currencies, some with TAX and some not. The box office reports are converted to $US for reporting revenues and attendance to the studios. We also use several other reports in excel (film comparisons, revenue reports by studio, by cinema, by film, % reports) that are all based on the box office reports, but we have to create all of the above manually. I use excel daily and use different databases I created and pivot tables to generate sales reports and cost reports.
