Description

This is a very quick project for someone with the right experience.

I purchased a templated website (& loaded with some content) from TemplateMonster.com.

Here's the site:

For uncompressing a template ZIP package:
WinZip 9+ (Windows);
Stuffit Expander 10+ (Mac);
Adobe Photoshop CS+;
Adobe Dreamweaver (or Microsoft Expression Web);
Adobe Flash MX+

I will need the following:
I'm having WordPress loaded on my server & will need a section for a WordPress blog on each main page. I will have three main sections, each of which will have a separate blog.
I will need a the last menu button to say Podcasts & then create a section for future podcasts that I will upload. I would appreciate suggestions as to how I should handle this when I get to that point.
I will need all pages looked at & make sure all pages work, content loads quickly, & all internal & external links work.

Graphic Design: Please look at the example graphic.
I will need the header text changed from the generic Business Company to AlwaysMakingMoney.com
Next I will need the words changed from Business4you to:

CSS
I'm not familiar with CSS therefore, since the site has a CSS I will need it set up to work on the site. I need an easy way to continually update information & articles on my site.
I will need a simple, well-written tutorial (you can copy from elsewhere) on how CSS works specifically with my site & how I can make updates.

Flash
The site currently has flash buttons, I will need the SWF files changed from the current words to new ones.

Contact Us changed to Podcast
Please add: Internet Marketing as an additional button

Please leave the Home page button as it is.

New Pages
I will need the ability to create new pages under the main topic headings as new content is created. Please advise.

Adsense
I want Google Adsense ads loaded on the site that will match the color, look & feel of the site. I will create a custom adsense channel so I can directly track. Please make suggestions as to colors, style (leader board, banner, etc. etc) that will work best with the template I have.
