ys: 8:58:23 PM3D Interactive Walkthrough for already modeled 13 Villa types :

Epic will provide the following:
I.The 13 villa types modeled and texture baked (Max files) in 2 lighting situations, day and night.
II.The full master plan in 2 versions, modeled as one object and as several areas.
III.References of the villas places/positions.
IV.References of the different areas of the plan.

Provider will deliver the following as 3ds Max files and quest3d source and executable files:
I.The 13 villas duplicated to 1400 villas according to the references, and mapped on the master plan in 2 lighting situations, day and night (output will be max files).
II.The 1400 villas on the master plan will be interactive in 2 lighting situations, day and night, with a camera walkthrough and flyover and collission detection. The output will be quest3d source files (the project) and the functioning executable.

Payment :
-100$ in Escrow.
-Remaining balance to be transferred upon delivery of requested tasks to Epic Systems.
-Any delay in delivery from provider gives the right to Epic Systems to take an action (fees deduct/cancel the project) with the provider.
