hi just need small help for phpnuke

just 5 mins work

i want to show a module/block in center of phpnuke. i already have activate news module.. but for promotion i want to show an image in center top of phpnuke...

i woule like to place this in block or image whatever can be done...

plz respond asap... i will give u great review for this job
