Web App Laszlo/RIA backbase Javascript AJAX Telecoms

Indirect Telecom Website I want to build a front end to this site to make it a back end process. Users would see a different website and use a Laszlo/Backbase/RIA app to sign up select and pay a set up fee. They would then enter the numbers they want to create and the app would return the numbers that they could dial instead. The app would keep a contact list of the overseas number and its translated number with name etc. [login to view URL] As this enables anyone in the world to give a fixed UK number to people in the UK a web SEO would be good.
