Description: 1: special shipping module.

you can make it one module or two modules to finish what I need.
No calculation at all! Only customer choice infomation need to be collected.

Or, if you think making a shipping module is too complicated, how about make a individual page to do that. Pretend to be shipping page, but skip the complicated change you think.

2: let me set the transaction limit of two payment modules from admin

3: add 4% (I can set this percentage from admin) paypal transaction fee to paypal module

4: after login, in product info page, Move "Add to Cart" button to the right of "Add to wishlist" Button

5: Everytime when I edit the category, I have to upload the category image again. Please fix it. If I don't upload new image, then the category image is the old one.

6: Replace the login box with news rolling box as I refered before. I must be able to edit the news content from admin

7: Current index page displaying in firefox browser is not correctly. The category name or category image are not centralized.

8: at the shopping cart page, the frame of image can't display 100%. (the frame left part and right part are partly missing)

9: Could you please include order status in the order notification email to customers.

10: In the category box, for example: Automotive.

the left side of "Automotive" is az_categoty_arr_1.gif, or az_categoty_arr_2.gif when selected.
the right side is "->".

What I need is: change "->" to categoty_arr_1.gif. When selected, change to categoty_arr_2.gif;
categoty_arr_1.gif and categoty_arr_2.gif are in attachment.

I need the font of my categories' names in that font, not only the category infobox but also the category box in main page.

12: after login, the ticket_create page: please change "Login" to "Log Off" at the navigation bar

13: be able to upload image in ticket system. The admin and customers and can view and download the uploaded images. Please keep the uploaded images in a individual category, not the root of images/;

14: in ticket_create, the continue button display incorrectly.

Most above are tiny changes.
