I need a team (and I don't care how big) to sell my online services. You will be using a combination of CraigsList.org, web promotion on similar sites, telemarketing...etc...to find leads. Based on the teams performance, I will regularly issue out payment and bonuses monthly. I am well established and have been around for almost 10 years.

My site is geared towards the modeling industry allowing scouts and modeling job providers to find models for their projects. To prevent spam and increase the quality of messages sent to models, I have newly implemented a pay structure for the scouts/job providers and this is where you come in. I need you to aggressively pursue those scouts and job providers to come use my site to contact models.

I want you to focus on getting them to purchase the yearly contact option for $99 mostly because they save more than going month to month. I will give you 50% of each sign up you generate. You can use phone or email or any of the best methods that you think will get the sale.

From the scouts/job providers who purchase, I track their email, mailing address, phone number and how they found my site so there are many ways that I can determine that you made the sale. For now, this would be a 50% commission only contract with potential to move into something more based on your performance. You can use part of your 50% commission to motivate your team if you want to or not, it's up to you.

If you signed just 20 people up in a day, that's $1,000 to you in just one day.

If chosen, I will need to set you up with email accounts under my site name so when you put a placeholder bid in tell me how big your team is.

Lastly, I might need more than one team so keep the bids coming.
