This will be installed in a fresh installation of oscommerce.
What I need in a nutshell is a drop down box for customers to be able to select the year, make and model of their cars and the site displays to them what's available for their car. This will include the different infoboxes such as the what's new, specials...etc.

In order for this to work, I need to be able to assign products to to year, makes and models of cars.

I need the ability assign a product to many different cars and sometimes many different years of the same make and model.

I want the drop down lists of year makes and models to be valid... in other words, I don't want customers to be able to select a 2006 Acura Integra (they're no longer made).

I also need to be able to specify that a product is universal so that it shows up under ALL year, makes and models.

I don't foresee this being all that difficult, seems like a few new db tables and a little coding would do the trick... I'm just not proficient enough with PHP to do this...

I'd appreciate if only people with oscommerce experience bid on this project and I'd like to use someone who will be available for future oscommerce customizations, design, etc in the future.
