Description:
I've developed a Point of sale application and am looking for an experienced Verifone developer who can create an interface for me between my application (written in .net) and the Verifone (Omni) credit card terminals, and eventulay be able to comminicate with Ruby Supper System. I am unsure exactly what communication is possible between a PC and the Omni terminals, but I would like to be able to support user that want to use the dial-up modem based credit card terminals. Ideally, my application would send the amount to the terminal, the user would swipe the card on the terminal, then the terminal would dial out, get the authorization or denial, then send the auth or denial, plus the authorization number back to my software. If possible, some credit card information such as username, some portion of the card number, card type and expiration date should be sent to the software as well.If you do not have experience with this type of development, please do not bid on this project. I'm looking for someone that has Verifone experience. In fact, I believe you need to be a certified Verifone developer to have access to the Verifone SDK.Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
