PROJECT OUTLINE
SCOPE OF WORK: “Job retrieval project”

System Overview
This is a very simple system that requires very little database work. 100% of the design work for every page has already been completed. We will provide both flattened jpeg images and layered photoshop files. We will also provide a flow chart of the functionality and the way the site will work for each section. EVERYTHING is virtually completed and all that remains are the following features.

The proposed site will have the following features


Browse Function
User can choose specific fields by a dropdown option and will find results within those fields placed by the admin. (Design Provided)

Code Search
User can enter a SPECIFIC CODE provided by the admin to retrieve an application that is 4 pages which the user needs to fill out. On the top section of page 1 of the application there are pre set fields that the admin has set which cannot be modified by the user.

Application Forms
User inputs information into fields which go up to 4 pages long and after all fields are filled the application is sent to user via email along with a copy to the admin. (Design Provided)

Credit Card Accepting
Page 4 of application form is the credit card application which will send all the information to a merchant gateway, and will follow thru with a decline or an approval. Once approval is received the application is emailed and sends the client to the complete page. If declined then a red error message appears on page 4 asking for another credit card.(Design Provided)

Payment Calculation
User has the ability to choose from several $4 products which calculates the total cost and sends the user to the page 4 payment screen. (Design Provided)

Rotating Banner
User can see different ads on the left hand side of the page on specific pages each time those pages are refreshed. The ads are uploaded from the Admin section. (Design Provided)

Refer a Friend
User may refer a friend to the browse function section by entering friends email address(s) and a comment.

Static Pages
There are a total of about 9 static pages that are updated from the admin section. These pages only provide information to the user. (Design Provided)
