Background
Healthcare compliance company with a web-based reminder solution (i.e., take your medications, etc.).

Company seeks to create an iPhone native application to be made available in the App Store as well as on our company website.

Abbreivated Specs
The application will allow tie into our API as appropriate but should allow the user to create their reminder even without internet connectivity.
