Description

I need a program designed that will block cell phones from being able to access porn and also allow blocking of designated programs such as MXIT, the program must be downloadable to the phone via a sms to a shortcode number, the integration is also required, i.e parent sends sms "blockporn" to shortcode (eg 32119), this then initiates download of program to phone that then blocks porn, sms "blockmxit" to the same number and it blocks mxit.
