Description

We require a prototype mobile phone application to demonstrate to investors in order to secure further funding. This funding will be to further develop our software. Ideally the programmer who designs the prototype will also design the final version.

The software must capture 1d barcode information. It must then check this information against a database of records stored on the phone. Each record contains a product name and nutritional information on that product. The application will take the nutritional information of each product scanned and add it up so that the user can review it on their phone at a later date.

The software used can be open source/free trial versions as we don't want to comercialsie this product yet but rather want to present a working prototype to investors. Becasue of this it is of paramount importance that the software works smoothly and is easy to use.
