***Please read the whole Project or your bid will not be reviewed. I have had a few lost projects because of that.***

My website has mainly 3 sections: A Joomla Based Website, a Real Estate PHP Script (PG) and a PHPBB based forum. All three are currently linked through a single sign on system.

-> What I need:

Someone who can integrate a Joomla Template into my website and make all three sections of the website look like the same.

The user that access the website can't feel there are 3 different systems working togheter. PG uses "Smarty"(www.smarty.net) CSS templates and IT Headline is a Joomla Template (www.icetheme.com) so I think the best thing we can do for PG is to change the CSS colors to make it look as close as possible to IT Headline Template. IT Headline (main page) must have the same structure as the attached .gif. It is not supposed to be used with its standard looks.

The only things we're gona keep from IT Headline are its colors and buttons. I also need everything in the .gif working as stated in functionalities.txt (file that explain the .gif) what means I need it working, not just the design.

-> What I don't need:

Someone who will promise a deadline and will not deliver the project until then. People who don't read projects but still ask to be awarded as they think they can do everything and waste both our times.

1. Main website - Made on Joomla, I have my personal template that needs some tweaking - www.sobreimoveis.com/index.php

2. PG Real Estate Script - Bought from http://www.realtysoft.pro , it uses >>smarty templates<<.

3. A PHPBB3 Forum - http://www.sobreimoveis.com/forum - it uses a free template I downloaded.

- I have a design structure (CONCEPT) made by myself into a .gif and it is attached to this project along with its description.

- I have bought IT Headline template and I will provide it (both core files and source .psd) but altough it has the colors and buttons that I need, its structure in the main page is different than my page design (.gif attached ot the project). - No flash or sound included.

Please send me some portfolios or other works that you may have done. It's not as complex as it seems, I have wrote all that information to make sure no one gets me wrong after I award the project.

My current budget is very low because of what I had to spend on the project itself and on other failed projects (people that would not deliver it on time) but there will be hotsites coming out of this site in the future. - I need a long term relationship with a good, creative and fast design as I have 2 more projects wich the owners are willing to spend a much higher budget - They will start once this project is up and they can review public opinion on it.
