Seo and Link Building - Paving Stones Website Promotion. Required 10,000 to 25,000 unique visitors/day

Hi,

We are looking for someone with a proven track record (good feedback) to provide a professional service obtaining one-way backlinks for a Paving Stone Installation Company website (we install paving stone driveways, walkways, patios, pool decks and more). Site will be given to you in PM.

We want:
300 PR3 backlinks
200 PR4 backlinks
and 50 PR5 or above....(ALL relevant sites within the same industry)

Links must use a combination of Landscaping/Construction/Home Improvement Forums, Blogs, Facebook / Yahoo/ Google Landscaping Groups etc.
Will Provide Keywords.
U.S.A. Links Only.

Links must:
- These Links must be permanent, static html links.
- ALL links must be submitted manually,
- Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc
- No more than 20 outbound links per page.
- NO LINKS FROM adult & porn sites, hate sites, mirror sites, spam sites, flash sites, banned by Google websites, one network, article submissions. Link shames and no ping sites are also prohibited.

- Page/site where our link is placed must NOT have redirects, cloaking, frames, hidden links and use of unethical or black-hat tactics, no meta tag CONTENT="NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW", no excluded in robots.txt. MUST BE updated by Google within the last 30 days, interlinked with the websites homepage.
- Your SEO technique and practices must adhere to the standard SEO policy which is applied in SEO industry and Google's best recommended practices.
- No black hat, grey hat or shady tactics.
- Linked sites must be in production and active and been indexed by google within the last 30 days.
- Links should be within related content and with anchor text (WE WILL PROVIDE KEYWORDS FOR ALL ANCHOR TEXT).

DAILY REPORT
You will need to produce report with the following:
1. URL of page where link is located.
2. Google PR of the page the where my link is located.
3. Date link has been placed.
4. Date link accepted
5. Anchor Text

Must provide link reports which include:

Excel spreadsheet containing:
1. Link Page Meta Title
2. Link Page PR
3. Link Page URL (the URL where our link is located)
4. Link Text used

I will pay 50% Escrow to start and the rest on completion.
