Description

I will provide you with the static banner from which you can use images to make the flash banner.
The banner contains two images, 1 is a photo, 2 cartoon image of a photo.

I need you to make a flash banner where only photo will be shown, cartoon image is hidden with the pencil above it, when a user places the mouse over the banner the Pencil is moving along the mouse, so if the user clicks the mouse and goes over the hidden cartoon image, the cartoon get revealed, as soon as the user releases the mouse it should trigger the click on a banner.

Banner has to be 300x250 size, less than 50kb.
The banner code should also contain the "clickTAG" as required by adwords.
