I have not dealt with you but checked prices, profile here on GAF and on odesk you seem a pro to deal with!

Currently server: uses hyperVm and Kloxo

1) I think? need your advice - to change and use redhat opensource version of virtualization software, getting away from hyperVm that is not well supported and has security issues.

1a) JOB1 would be to get virtualization set up using above on server.

2) I intend to specialize in magento shops, I had nginx installed and its seriously faster.
i need to make sure I am doing the correctly that everything in magento works and that this is best possible route to take. I see some use nginx before apache and then there are cherokee servers that seem very well documented, I am not expert and confused.

3) I do like kloxo http://www.lxcenter.org/ a lot but see directadmin http://www.directadmin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=20133 would work for administration.

4) I am thinking about seeing if you could get kloxo to be the control panel for nginx, its released as open source now: http://www.lxcenter.org/releases/opensource-info.htm

4a) JOB2
if your interested in getting kloxo or cherokee to handle - please write in PM and we can go over your suggestions, then if you can give a price affordable I will commission the job, getting kloxo to handle server and redhat virtualization.

This may be too costly, but surely want to look at price, price category this is in has no meaning to your quote!

NOTE I dislike people agreeing with me to get work, expect and want open friendly atmosphere and welcome your suggestions and thoughts.

well no reply from nknk so open to any magento, linux server admin with experience nginx and great development skills
