I not an Advocate but according to the definition of a lawyer which is a person with the legal knowledge then I can rightfully call myself a lawyer. I have studied Basic law and Company law in the United Kingdom and can do the job properly . Anything that a lawyer/Advocate will write is just what is already written somewhere else only a matter of "twisting" it to fit the specific need and most of those "twists" are very few. I absolutely believe that the contacts mentioned by the prospective client should originate in the form of an email so that there is a writing to protect prospective client...possible need for follow up phone calls make it difficult to specify exact time frame. Could require need for further discussion of fees, depending on need. I make it a point to stay on top of this topic, as I am active with my own blogs and other sites online. I respect the fact the prospective client is willing to seek permission from the rights holders, and would enjoy working on project and possibly helping with further projects if prospective client is pleased.
