Description

I need a very simple script created (any language is fine as long as it can be interpreted on a windows machine) to create videos using only a folder or a batch of MP3s as its input.

Step 1:
Given a given folder name, the script should parse through and find all the MP3s with album art, logging this for step 2

Step 2:
Each song should be turned into a video, with the respective album art centered on a black background for the video (still frame).

I can create a C# application that will allow you to browse to the folder containing your MP3s and then press a PROCESS button. I've just joined GetAFreelancer so I will work on this project cheaply in order to establish a good reputation. I've been contracting in London for over 10 years for various blue chip and smaller companies. I hold a Computer Science and Maths degree.
