Description
We currently have AJAX in place on our shopping cart site for updating the price, shipping estimate and product code when the user changes the selection.However we have changed the layout from that time and the AJAX no longer works. The first part of this is to correct the new layout with fully working AJAX. You will need to edit the 3 different XML packages to correctly display the AJAX in our new layout. The layout is only correct in one of the XML packages, you will be required to make the other 2 XML packages follow suit.
The second part of this project is changing one of the XML packages in how the item is selected. Currently there is a series of radio buttons. For example Size - Colour - Material. We wish to change this to 3 (if required, if the item only needs 2 it should only show 2 dynamically like it currently does with the radio buttons.) drop down boxes. The user can currently select a configuration with the radio buttons that we do not sell and as such are shown an error. With the drop down boxes if a configuration does not exist it will not be available to be selected.
With the drop down boxes they are to display greyed out drop down forcing the user to make a selection in the correct order. However the price on the page will say "Prices from: (default variant price)" then when they starting making changes the page will display "Price: (selection price)".
The changes cant not have any adverse effects to the rest of the page. The rest of the page has been changed to display and function how we want. The AJAX and changes are to fit around these.
