Yes, the bid is right one hundred eghty thousands USD cause I know what I'm talking about. We developed a complete poker system to allow some hundreds player to play texas hold 'em on several tables at the same time. There's a complette tournament management, CC payment integration, etc. It took 18 mounth work of 3 experienced java developers and many weeks of consulting from other two. The development is made partly with PHP (user management) part java (client, messaging, game, payment service integration). Runs on cluster of SUN Glassfish open source application servers and use PostgreSQL database. If you can understand the size of this project you can also understand my offer. Dear Sir/Ma'am, As many have mentioned already, this is a very large scale project, and the poker rules engine is the smallest one out of all the challenges one will face. The system will inherently be massively multithreaded, will have to deal with failure recovery, and should have a sound financial system. Luckily, we have already finished a system for the JVM and have solved all off these problems successfully. I firmly believe that this can be easily ported to .NET/Flash.
